DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Registered taxis are available from a stand located in front of
the Arrivals hall. Minibus stands are also located in front of
the Arrivals hall. Bus service 119 runs from the airport to De
jvická, which is the nearest metro station to the airport,
located at the end of line A; journey time is about 20-30 minu
tes. Prague's compact historic centre is best explored on foot.
Cheap public transportation is available in the shape of metro
, bus, tram or the funicular railway. You can get tickets, dire
ctions, schedules and multilingual public transport system maps
at information offices located in five major metro stations. T
ickets can be used interchangeably on all forms of transport.&l
t;BR> From the airport follow signs to the city centre. At t
he first roundabout take the first right and then turn left at
the traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights turn righ
t and then drive straight, following the tram tracks. Drive dow
n the hill and cross the bridge, and then turn right. Follow th
e main road and at the second set of traffic lights turn left.
Drive straight, passing the big Tesco shop on the right. Contin
ue following this road, which forks left, and take the first ri
ght turn into Rytirska Street. Take the first left into Melantr
ichova Street. The hotel is about 50 metres down the road, on t
he left.
